How to use
Check your phone
Confirm that it supports eSIM, is carrier-unlocked and has a stable internet connection.
Install the eSIM
Open the QR code from your delivery email on another screen, then scan it from Add eSIM or Add SIM in Settings.
Activate on arrival
Select the eSIM for mobile data and enable Data Roaming. Disable data roaming on your primary SIM to avoid charges.
Connect
If the network does not appear, toggle airplane mode or restart the phone. Set the APN if needed.

Compatibility
Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Dial *#06#; an EID usually confirms eSIM support.
Validity and installation
Activate within 60 days of booking. Install with stable internet, ideally within 6 hours before departure.
Device binding
The eSIM is linked to the first device used. It cannot be transferred, but it may be reinstalled on that same device up to 10 times.
Fair use
Hotspot use is supported, but sustained streaming, large downloads, system updates or heavy tethering may trigger carrier speed limits.
TikTok access
Compatibility varies by device. On iOS, browser sign-in may help; on Android, use the web version if the app does not connect.
Data roaming
Data Roaming must be enabled for the eSIM. Keep roaming disabled on your primary SIM to prevent unexpected charges.

How can I check whether my phone supports eSIM?
Dial *#06# and look for an EID, then check that Add eSIM or Add SIM appears in Settings. Your carrier must also confirm that the phone is network-unlocked.
How can I troubleshoot eSIM connection problems?
Make sure the eSIM is enabled, selected for mobile data and has Data Roaming turned on. Toggle airplane mode or restart the phone. If it remains offline, set the APN to cmhk.
Can I use an eSIM and a physical SIM at the same time?
Yes, on compatible dual-SIM phones. Keep your physical SIM for calls and texts and select the eSIM for mobile data. Disable automatic data switching and primary-SIM roaming to avoid extra charges.
What should I do if hotspot sharing does not work?
Confirm that mobile data works on the eSIM first, then switch Personal Hotspot off and on. Recheck the APN, reconnect the receiving device and restart both devices if needed.
What if I lose the QR code or it is no longer valid?
Return to the original delivery email and reinstall only on the first device used. Do not share the QR code. If the code is rejected, contact support before deleting the active profile or trying again.
Where can I find my EID and IMEI?
Dial *#06# to display the phone’s EID and IMEI. They may also appear under Settings → About phone.
How do I activate a renewal?
For an eligible plan, the renewal begins after the current package ends. Do not reinstall the eSIM or scan the QR code again; restart the phone when the transition is due.
Can I buy another eSIM while one is already active?
Yes, if your phone can store another eSIM profile. Each new eSIM is linked to the device where it is first installed, so check your phone’s profile limit before ordering.
